A bit more about my work…

I am an integrative humanistic psychotherapist which means I draw on my understanding of major schools of therapy in order to work with you and understand your personality and unique circumstances for seeking support. Being trauma-focused means that I understand how trauma impacts our lives, relationships, and bodies on a day-to-day basis. I aim to provide a non-judgemental space where you can bring your whole self and find validation for your experience. I truly believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change and that nothing within us needs ‘fixing’.

I have a depth of both personal and professional knowledge and experience of therapy and believe that above all else we are meeting together, first and foremost, as human beings.
