I offer 1:1 therapy sessions, for individuals and couples, online. This is a nonjudgmental space for you to share your concerns, worries, and general ponderings about life. Many people attend therapy for a variety of different reasons and all are valid and welcome. I offer a 20 minute phone consultation to identify your concerns, wants and wishes. This is also a time to answer any questions you may have, in addition to regularity and costs.
